Privacy, Confidentiality & NDA

At Sanshodhanam Tax Law Research, we recognize that trust, discretion, and absolute confidentiality are the most critical assets of your professional practice. As a dedicated back-office research foundation, we are committed to protecting your proprietary strategies and your clients' sensitive data.

1. Strict B2B Mandate & The "Zero Client Interference" Firewall

Our foundational operating principle is that we are a "Professional’s Professional." We exist solely to support you.

  • No Direct Contact: Team Sanshodhanam pledges an absolute firewall between our experts and your clients. We will never initiate contact, interact with, or acknowledge your clients under any circumstances.
  • Exclusive Communication: All correspondence, coordination, and billing will flow exclusively between your professional firm and our administrative or expert team.
  • Protection of Your Practice: We do not poach, solicit, or accept direct mandates from the end-clients of the professionals we serve. Your client remains exclusively yours.

2. Comprehensive Data Confidentiality & Redaction Protocol

We handle highly sensitive financial and tax data with the utmost fiduciary care.

  • Voluntary Redaction: To ensure absolute anonymity, we strongly encourage all professionals to redact primary client identifiers (such as Assessee Names, PAN, Aadhar, and specific addresses) from assessment orders, notices, and annexures prior to submission.
  • Purpose Limitation: Any documents, case files, or financial records shared with Sanshodhanam will be used strictly for the purpose of the specific research, drafting, or vetting assignment requested.
  • Data Security: Once an assignment is completed, finalized, and delivered to your satisfaction, all working files and sensitive client documents are securely archived or purged from our active systems as per standard data protection protocols.

3. Implied & Explicit Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • Automatic NDA Coverage: The submission of a case file or query to request@sanshodhanam.in automatically invokes a mutually binding Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Protection of Legal Strategy: We do not just protect data; we protect your legal strategy. The specific grounds of appeal, unique arguments, and tactical approaches we develop for your case will never be shared with or replicated for competing firms handling adversarial matters.
  • Note: If your firm requires a physically signed, bespoke NDA prior to sharing case files, our administration is ready to execute it without delay.

4. Scope of Practice & No Direct Representation

We are a pure research and drafting foundation. We do not practice law in the public domain.

  • No Litigation Handling: Team Sanshodhanam will not handle any active litigation directly.
  • No Court Appearances: Our experts will not appear before any Assessing Officers, CIT(Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunals (ITAT), or High Courts on your behalf or your client’s behalf.
  • No Signatory Authority: We do not sign Vakalatnamas, Letters of Authority, or Powers of Attorney. We operate strictly as an invisible, silent extension of your own office.

5. Professional Disclaimers & Final Authority

  • Advisory Nature of Services: The written drafts, case laws, and legal opinions provided by Sanshodhanam are intended as high-level professional support tools. They represent our expert interpretation of prevailing tax laws, judicial precedents, and the facts provided to us.
  • Professional Responsibility: While we ensure the highest degree of academic and legal rigor in our drafts, they are subject to standard legal disclaimers. Sanshodhanam does not guarantee specific outcomes in litigation.
  • Final Review: The ultimate decision to utilize, modify, omit, or submit the arguments and drafts we provide rests entirely with you, the filing professional, who must apply their own professional judgment before presenting the matter to the tax authorities.
